| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脑干出血破入脑室的微创治疗方案。方法应用脑室穿刺引流联合尿激酶脑室内灌注,液化脑室内积血并引流。结果50例患者基本痊愈10例,显著好转13例,好转16例,植物生存7例,死亡4例。结论应用脑室内穿刺微创治疗自发性脑室出血是行之有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore minimally invasive surgical therapy for brain stem and ventricle hemorrhage due to serious hy- pertension.Methods Minimally invasive drainage and Urokinase injection were used,made ventricle liquefactive hemorrhage gradu- ally.Results In 50 cases,10 cases were recovery,13 patients were good,16 patients had significant effect,7 patients had no any improvements and 4 patients died.Conclusion Minimally invasive surgical therapy for ventricle hemorrhage is a useful method for brain stem and ventricle hemorrhage. |
