Abstract: | Abstract We report a complex case of peripheral vascular disease (PVD), coronary artery disease (CAD), and three prosthetic heart valves, who developed severe mitral regurgitation (MR) due to healed endocarditis. She was successfully managed with a hybrid approach utilizing percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) followed by minimally invasive mitral valve surgery (MIMVS) through right minithoracotomy. This was the patient's fifth cardiac surgery and she was discharged home on the fourth postoperative day (POD) . |
