| 摘 要： | 采用薄层色谱法和紫外光谱法，以大黄素、大黄酚、二苯乙烯甙作为客观指标，鉴别何首乌及其混伪品，方法简便、可靠。毛脉蓼与何首乌理化鉴别特征的相似性，揭示二者含有多种相同的成份，为寻找何首乌新的药用资源提供了信息。

| Abstract: | With emodin, chrysophanol and stilbene as material index, Polygonum multiflorum Thunb. and its adulterants are identificated by TLC and UV-spectrum. The method is simple and dependable. The similarity of physical-chemical identification character between Polygonum cillinerve (Nakai) Ohwi and polygonum multiflorum Thunb. indicates that they have many same components. The result provides information for finding new medicinial resource of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb. |
