局麻下动力髋螺钉治疗高龄高危股骨粗隆间骨折

目的观察局麻下DHS治疗高龄高危股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法对24例高龄高危股骨粗隆间骨折患者全部采用局麻下DHS内固定,并进行麻醉、手术方法及术后结果的分析。结果24例均获随访,时间1～3年,平均1.8年。骨折全部愈合,无髋内翻、断钉及松动等并发症,功能优良率达90%以上,疗效满意。结论局麻下DHS治疗高龄高危股骨粗隆间骨折具有麻醉风险低、操作简便、固定可靠的优点,能使患者早日起床活动,减少并发症,从而提高生活质量。

DHS TREATMENT UNDER LOCAL ANESTHESIA IN HIGH-RISK ELDERLY INTERTROCHANTERIC FRACTURE

Objective To observe the efficacy of DHS treatment under local anesthesia in high-risk elderly intertrochanteric fracture.Methods 24 cases of high-risk elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture all use DHS fixation under local anesthesia. Anesthesia,surgical methods and postoperative results were analyzed.Results 24 cases were followed up for 1-3 years and an average of 1.8 years. All fractures healed without coxa vara,broken nails and complications such as loosening. The excellent and good rate of function was over 90%. The effect was satis-factory. Conclusion DHS treatment under local anesthesia in high - risk elderly intertrochanteric fracture has a narcotic low - risk, easy to operate, the advantages of fixation reliable. It will enable patients to get up activities as soon as possible to reduce complications and improve quality of life.
