安徽省1309名高、中级科技人员心理健康状况调查分析

目的　调查安徽省 1 3 0 9名高、中级科技人员在不同性别、年龄及单位对其心理健康状况的影响。方法　采用精神症状自我诊断量表。结果　不同性别的科技人员在焦躁神经 ( t=2 .5 62 ,P<0 .0 5 )、精神分裂 ( t=2 .3 1 2 ,P<0 .0 5 )因子上差异有显著性 ;不同年龄的科技人员在焦躁神经 ( F=4.648,P<0 .0 5 )、躁郁症 ( F=4.2 60 ,P<0 .0 5 )、神经质 ( F=1 1 .3 79,P<0 .0 1 )因子上差异有显著性 ;不同单位的科技人员在焦躁神经 ( F =4.1 76,P<0 .0 1 )、歇斯底里 ( F =4.5 2 5 ,P<0 .0 1 )、抑郁症 ( F=3 .5 0 4,P<0 .0 5 )因子上差异有显著性。结论　科技人员总体上心理健康状况良好 ,不同性别、年龄及单位在量表的不同因子上有差异 ,年龄越大、单位越好心理状况越好 ,男性优于女性。

Investigation and Analysis on Psychological Health Status of 1309 with Senior and Middle Academic Rank in Science and Technology in Anhui Province

Objective To investigate the impact on psychological health status of different sexes, ages and departments among 1309 individuals with senior and middle academic rank in science and technology in Anhui Province. Methods Using mental symptom self-rating scale.Results There are significant differences among different sexes of science and technology personnel on two items: anxious nerve(t=2.562,P<0.05),schizophrenia(t=2.312,P<0.05); There are significant differences among different ages of science and technology personnel on three items: anxious nerve(F=4.648,P<0.05), irritable melancholia(F=4.260,P<0.05), neuroticism (F=11.379,P<0.01); There are significant differences among different departments of science and technology personnel on three items: anxious nerve(F=4.176,P<0.01) hysteria (F=4.525,P<0.01),depression(F=3.504,P<0.05) .Conclusion As a whole, psychological status of science and technology personnel is in favorable condition. There shows marked variation among different sexes, ages and the staff in different departments. Those who are older and work at a perfect working condition have a better psychological status. Meanwhile, the items suggest that psychological status in male is superior to that of female.
