| 摘 要： | 目的：研究神经肽Ｙ（ＮＰＹ）在人血小板与血浆中的分布及其在原发性高血压时的改变。方法：放射免疫分析测定１４２例原发性高血压患者与２３例健康人血小板悬液（ＰＲＳ）与贫血小板血浆（ＰＰＰ）中ＮＰＹ含量。结果：健康人ＰＲＳ与ＰＰＰ中ＮＰＹ含量相同，高血压患者ＰＰＰ中ＮＰＹ含量增高，以女性为著，ＰＲＳ中ＮＰＹ含量在男性患者有增高趋向，而女性患者无改变。结论：原发性高血压患者血浆ＮＰＹ含量的增高在女性患者更为显著，可能与血小板摄取ＮＰＹ障碍有关。

| Abstract: | bjective:To study the distribution of neuropeptide Y(NPY)in human platelet and plasma,and its changes in spontaneous hypertension. Metbods:NPY contents in plntelet resuspension solution(PRS)and platelet poor plasma(PPP)of 142 patients with spontaneous hypertension and 23 healthy volunteers were measured by radioimmunoassay. Results:The NPY contents in PRS and PPP were the same in the volunteers. The NPY contents in PPP were increased in the patients,especially in the fe-male patients.The NPY contents in PRS tended to lncrease in the male patients,but were not changed in the female patients,Conclusion:The increase of plasma NPY content in spontaneous hypertension is more obvious in female patients than in male patients,which may be caused by the defect of NPY up-take by platelets. |
