功能锻炼联合益塞普治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效分析

目的:分析与探讨功能锻炼联合益塞普对强直性脊柱炎的治疗效果。方法:选取强直性脊柱炎患者40例,对其使用益塞普进行治疗,2次/周,25 mg/次,12周后改为1次/周,每次剂量不变,再使用4周后改为1次/周,12.5 mg/次,继续治疗4周后,改为1次/2周,12.5 mg/次,继续治疗4周,在治疗的过程中指导患者进行功能恢复锻炼。结果:使用脊椎痛觉量表评价患者的症状改善情况,40例患者通过24周的治疗后,其总体症状改善、晨僵时间、C-反应蛋白、红细胞沉降率等均有较大改善。结论:功能锻炼联合益塞普治疗强直性脊柱炎效果好,能够明显改善患者的临床症状与相关实验学指标,值得在临床上进行推广与应用。

The functional exercise combined benefits Sepp clinical efficacy of the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis

Objective To analysis and explore the functional training combined with Yi Sepp treatment for ankylosing spondylitis effect.Methods In patients with ankylosing spondylitis in all 40 cases,the use of beneficial Sepp treatment,2 times a week,each time 25 mg,after 12 weeks by once a week,every time dosage unchanged,then after 4 weeks of use to once a week,every time 12.5 mg,continued after 4 weeks of treatment,instead of every two Monday times,each time 12.5 mg,continue treatment for 4 weeks,in the course of the treatment guide with functional exercises.Results The use of spinal pain scale for the assessment of the patient’s symptoms improved,40 patients by 24 weeks after the treatment,the overall improvement in symptoms,duration of morning stiffness,C-reactive protein,erythrocyte sedimentation rate were significantly improved.Conclusion Functional training combined with Yi Sepp in treatment of ankylosing spondylitis with good effect,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of the patients and the related experimental parameters,worthy of clinical promotion and application of.
