超声心动图在先天性左向右分流心脏病介入治疗中的价值探讨

目的 探讨经胸超声心动图(TTE)引导Amplatzer封堵器在介入封堵继发孔房间隔缺损(ASD)、室间隔缺损(VSD)和动脉导管未闭(PDA)的应用价值。方法 术前应用TTE按介入封堵适应证筛选符合条件的病例，全组共56例，ASD24例、年龄3．7～49岁，ASD直径4．8～34mm；VSD9例、年龄3～18岁，VSD直径2．8～8．2mm；PDA23例，年龄3～18岁，PDA最窄直径2．1～8.0mm。经导管在X线引导下采用TTE指导封堵。结果 全组病例均一次封堵成功，无1例残余分流。结论 TTE对ASD、VSD、PDA在介入治疗适应证的筛选及术中监测与术后随访均具有实际指导价值。

Effects of Echocardiography on the Transcatheter Closure of Congenital Heart Disease with Left to Right shunt

Objective To evaluate the effects of transethoracic echocardiography(TTE) guided occluding fatrial septal defect(ASD), ventricular septal defect(VSD) and patent ductus arteriosus(PDA) with Amplatzer device. Methods Fifty six patients were preoperatively selected by TTE. 24 patients with ASD, aged from 3.7 to 22 years old, the diameter of ASD from 4.8 to 24mm, 9 patients with VSD, aged from 3 to 18 years old, the diameter of VSD from 2.8 to 8.2mm and 23 patients with PAD, aged from 3 to 18 years old, the narrowest diameter of PDA from 2.1 to 8mm were investigated. All occluded operations were performed by using Amplatzer device and guiding by TTE. Results All patients were successfully occluded and not resdual shuts.Conclusion TTE plays an important roles on the selecting patients before the procedure, guiding transcatheter closure and evaluating the effects after procedure.
