| 摘 要： | 目的探讨宫颈阴道分泌物中胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-1的检测在判断胎膜早破的价值.方法选择89例胎膜早破孕妇和90例正常孕妇,应用免疫层析法对其宫颈分泌物进行胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-1检测.结果胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-1诊断胎膜早破的敏感性98.89%,特异性91.11%,阳性预测值91.67%,阴性预测值98.93%.结论宫颈阴道分泌物中的胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-1可作为诊断胎膜早破的客观指标,对临床有较大应用价值.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the value of insulin like growth factor binding protein-1(IGFBP-1)in cervicovaginal secretions for the diagnosis of premature rupture of membrane(PROM).Methods 89 cases of ruptured amniotic membranes and 90 cases of term pregnancy took part in our prospective study.IGFBP-1 in cervicovaginal secretions was measured by immunochromatography methods.Results As predictor for the diagnosis of PROm,IGFBP-1 had a sensitivity of 98.89%,a specificity of 91.11%,a predictive value of the positive test 91.67% and a predictive value of the negative test 98.93%.Conclusion IGFBP-1 can be used as an objective indicator in the diagnosis of premature rupture of membrance. |
