颅骨钻孔联合腰池引流治疗外伤性进展型硬膜下积液临床观察

目的：探讨治疗外伤性进展型硬膜下积液的有效方法。方法：选取35例外伤性进展型硬膜下积液患者,采用颅骨钻孔引流联合持续腰池引流的方法治疗25例,单纯颅骨钻孔引流10例。结果：35例外伤性进展型硬膜下积液患者中,25例采用颅骨钻孔引流联合持续腰池引流的方法治疗全部治愈,10例单纯颅骨钻孔引流术后恢复6例、复发4例。结论：颅骨钻孔引流联合持续腰池引流的方法,是治疗外伤性进展型硬膜下积液的有效方法。

A clinical study on the traumatic progressive subdural effusion treated by using combined methods of burr hole drainage and lumbar drainage continuously

Objective： To explore the effective treatment of traumatic progressive subdural effusion. Methods： 35 cases of traumatic subdural effusion were progressive, the use of burr holes drainage combined with continuous lumbar drainage method for treating 25 cases, 10 cases of simple cranial trepanation and drainage. Results： 35 cases of traumatic subdural effusion progressive patients, 25 cases were treated with burr holes drainage combined with continuous lumbar drainage method of treatment were cured, 10 cases of simple drainage of postoperative recovery burr holes in 6 cases, 4 cases had recurrence. Conclusion： The skull hole drainage combined method of continuous lumbar drainage is the treatment of traumatic subdural effusion of progressive and effective methods.
