复方丹参对急性放射性肠炎大鼠消化道保护作用的研究

目的:探讨复方丹参对急性放射性肠炎大鼠消化道的营养作用.方法:采用SD大鼠,给予X线8戈瑞(Gy)剂量的全腹部照射,建成急性放射性肠炎大鼠模型,实验大鼠随机分成模型对照组、复方丹参组和正常对照组(正常组).造模后连续7 d腹腔注射给药治疗后,取相应部位的胃和空、回、结肠,采用生化分析、光镜下观察及图像分析仪测定其相关的形态学指标.结果:模型对照组空、回和结肠出现粘膜坏死、脱落,而复方丹参组粘膜完整,胃粘膜均未发现有明显的坏死症状.复方丹参组空、回肠蛋白质及DNA含量,空、回肠绒毛高度、隐窝深度、粘膜厚度和全层厚度及胃和结肠粘膜和全层厚度均显著大于模型对照组.结论:复方丹参注射液能加速急性放射性肠炎受损胃肠道粘膜的修复,对维持胃肠道粘膜结构和功能的稳定性有良好的作用.

Effect Of Dansen(丹参) on Rat Digestive Tract with Acute Radiation Enteritis

Objective To study the effect of Danshen on the morphology of the digestive tract with acute radiation enteritis in rats Methods Whole abdominal radiation was performed in SD rats.The animals were randomly divided into three groups:the control group(n=9),Danshen group(n=10),in which peritoneal injection of com pound Danshen solution was given daily for 7 days,and normal nonirradiated animal group(n=8). The other morphologic indices were measured by using the histochemistry analysis,light microscopy and image analysis system. Results The Danshen group before radiation had a significantly higher levels of gut protein and DNA content,villus height,crypt depth,the thickness of mucosa and entire wall and number of metaphase mitoses per crypt than those in the control. Conclusion Danshen can accelerate healing of the injured digestive mucosal epithelium,maintaining normal structure and function of the digestive mucosa.
