| Abstract: | Abstract: Lichen spinulosus (LS) is a rare idiopathic cutaneous eruption characterized by follicular keratotic spiny papules that are grouped in large patches. Here, we report two cases of LS in the submental area, an uncommon site, which were treated effectively and safely with topical tacalcitol cream. |
