| Abstract: | A novel human leukocyte antigen (HLA) allele, HLA-Cw*0820, was identified in a Chinese Han individual. It differs from the closest allele Cw*080101 by single nucleotide change at genomic nucleotide (nt) 1615 G>A (coding sequence nt 652 G>A, codon 194 GTC>ATC) in exon 4, which results in an amino acid change Val194Ile. |
