西宁地区恶性肿瘤患者的红细胞免疫功能研究

目的：研究西宁地区（海拔2260m）恶性肿瘤的红细胞免疫功能的相关内容。方法：按文献^2]介绍采用郭峰建立的最常用的三种检测指标和方法。结果：肿瘤病人红细胞C3b受体花环R-C3bR、红细胞免疫粘附肿瘤细胞花环R-TRR低下，与健康人之间有显著性差别，红细胞免疫复合物IC花环R-ICR无统计学差别，肿瘤患者的R-TRR男女之间有显著性差别。各种肿瘤之间三种花环率无统计学差别。化疗前后三种花环率无统计学差别。肿瘤无转移与有转移三种花环率无统计学差别。手术前后三种花环率无统计学差别。结论：西宁地区恶性肿瘤病人的红细胞免疫功能R-C3bR、R-TRR低下，分别为13．4762±3．597，12．0543±5．6095，R-ICR为4.6131±3．4010，与健康人无统计学差别。

Research of Immunological Function of Erythrocyte in Malignant Tumor Patients in Xining Area

Objective： To research relevant contents of immunological function of erythrocyte in malignant tumor patients in Xining area （Altitude 2 260 m）. Methods： Level of immunological function of erythrocyte in 151 cases （ 91 male, 60 female, age range from 6 to 77 yrs, mean age of 52 yrs） were measured according to the method established by Guo Feng and the most commonly used three monitoring indices. Results. Red blood cell complement C3b R-C3bR and Red blood cell adhere tumor cell R-TRR in tumor cases was lower, and there was significant differences compared with healthy people. There was a significant difference of R-TRR （P〈0. 01） between male and female. No statistical differences of three chaplet rate （P〉0.05） among various tumors, between before and after chemotherapy, between transferring and non--transferring tumor, as well between before and after operation. Conclusions： Level of R-C3bR and R-TRR in malignant tumor cases in Xining area is 13. 4762±3. 597 and 12. 0543±5. 6905 respectively, the result is lower than that in healthy people. Level of R-ICR is 4. 6131±3. 4010, no statistical difference between the malignant tumor and healthy people.
