| Abstract: | It is an effective way to foster qualified doctors-in-charge and build a responsible clinical medical staff by emphasizing the normalization in the management of chief residents. The successful experience of a 6-year normalized management of chief residents in Southwest Hospital is discussed, as well as some existing problems. |
