| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急性冠状动脉综合征（ACS）患者高敏c-反应蛋白（hs-CRP）的表达。方法分别测定60例ACS患者入院时hs-CRP水平，并测定30例稳定型心绞痛及30例健康成人hs-CRP作对照。血浆hs-CRP的测定采用微粒增强免疫透射比浊法。结果ACS组的hs-CRP水平（8．05±2．48）mg／L，较正常对照组（2．17±0．91）mg／L高（P〈0．01），较稳定型心绞痛组（2．27±0．84）mg／L高（P〈0．01），稳定型心绞痛组（2．27±0．84）mg／L较正常对照组（2．17±0．91）mg／L差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论hs-CRP与ACS发生有关，可作为危险分层的指标之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the serum levels of high sensitivity C-reactive protein（hs-CRP） in patients with acute coronary syndrome（ACS）. Methods The serum levels of hs-CRP in ACS group （ n = 60 ）, stable angina pectoris （SAP） group （ n = 30 ） and normal control group（n =30） were detected by immune nephelometry. Results The serum levels of hs-CRP were significandy higher in the ACS group （ 8.05 ± 2.48 ） mg/L than that in the SAP group （ 2.27 ± 0.84 ） mg/L and the control group （2. 17 ±0.91） mg/L （P 〈0.05）. There was no significance difference between the SAP group and the control group （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusions The serum levels of hs-CRP play an important role in the risk stratification of ACS, and can be used as one of the risk profile indexes. |
