LCP锁骨钩钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位及锁骨远端骨折

目的探讨LCP锁骨钩钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位及锁骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法利用LCP锁骨钧钢板治锁骨远端骨折27例，按Karlsson标准评定术后肩关节功能。结果随访8个月～2年，平均14个月。术后肩关节功能均为优，无锁骨下神经血管损伤、钢板断裂、骨折移位、肩锁关节再脱住、锁骨远端再骨折等并发症的发生。结论LCP锁骨钩钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位及锁骨远端骨折，操作简便，安全牢靠，并发症少，可早期功能锻炼，值得推广。

Collar bone hook nickelclad on dislocation of acromioclavicular joint and distal end of collar bone fracture

Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of AO LCP collar bone hook nickelclad on dislocation of acromioclavicular joint and distal end of collar bone fracture. Methods 27 cases of collar bone fracture were treated with AO collar-bone hook nickelclad. Karlsson standard was used to evaluate the function of shoulder joint after the operation. Results All the cases were followed up for 8 ~24 months after operation. The average follow up time was 14 months. Postoperative shoulder function is excellent. Complications such as injury of subclavian nerve and blood vessel, fracture of plates, displacement of bony fragments,redislocation of acromioclavicular joint and refracture of distal end of collar bone were not found. Conclusions Characterized by easy operation, firm fixation, fewer complications and early and safe mobilization, AO LCP collar-bone hook nickelclad is a reliable and effective surgical treatment for dislocation of acromioclavicular joint and distal end of collar bone fracture and therefore worthy of popularizing.
