MIPPO技术结合锁定加压钢板内固定治疗肱骨干骨折

目的探讨应用MIPPO结合锁定加压钢板(locking compression plate,LCP)固定治疗肱骨干骨折的临床疗效。方法自2010年7月~2013年1月,我科应用经皮微创钢板固定(MIPPO)技术结合锁定加压钢板(LCP)内固定治疗肱骨干骨折30例。结果本组30例均获得随访,按照HSS评分法评定疗效,本组优21例,良9例,优良率100%。结论应用经皮微创钢板固定技术结合锁定加压钢板内固定治疗肱骨干骨折,具有创伤小、出血少、固定可靠、可以早期功能锻炼且并发症少等优点,是治疗肱骨干骨折尤其是粉碎性、复杂骨折的理想方法。

Treatment of humeral shaft fracture with MIPPO technique combined with locking compression plate

Abstract]Objective To explore the clinical results of MIPPO technique combined with LCP in treating humeral shaft fracture.Methods From July 2010 to January 2013, 30 patients of humeral shaft fracture were treated by MIPPO Technique combined with LCP.Results All 30 patients were followed up,according to HSS scoring system,21 cases accessed as being excellent,9 as good.The excellent and good rate was 100%.Conclusion Treatment of humeral shaft fracture with MIPPO Technique combined with LCP has the advantages of less injury,less blood loss,less complication,steady fixation and early recovery of movement,which is a good option for treatment of humeral shaft fracture,espesically the comminuted and complicated fracture.
