| 摘 要： | 采用免疫组化SP法对 30例子宫内膜癌组织中的P1 6蛋白进行检测 ,探讨P1 6蛋白在子宫内膜癌组织及癌旁正常组织中表达的意义。结果显示 :30例宫内膜癌组织中P1 6蛋白表达率为 50 .0 0 % ,低于癌旁正常宫内膜组织的 1 0 0 .0 0 % (P <0 .0 1 )。高分化癌P1 6蛋白表达高于中、低分化癌 (P <0 .0 1 )。结果表明 :P1 6蛋白表达与宫内膜癌发生及分化有关

| Abstract: | To explore the significance of P16 protein expression in endometria cancers and nomal tissues in side of cancer.A Sp immunohistochemistry method was used to examine P16 protein expression in 30 endometria Cancers.The results showed that rate of P16 protein espression in endometria cancers was 50.00%.The rate of that in high differentiation cancers higher than that in middle and poor differetiation cancers (P<0.01).so the negative expression of P16 protein was ralated to Pathogenesis and differentioation of the endometria cancers. |
