| 摘 要： | 真菌安络小皮伞Marasmiucs androsaceus有镇痛作用，本实验旨在寻找其中的有效成分。电刺激－钾离子透入－甩尾法实验表明，安络小皮伞菌丝体水提醇沉物（ANA）的镇痛效果与临床结果一致，即起效慢、时效长，并呈量效关系。每日腹腔注射100mg/kg，连续4天，其显性药效（P＜0.01)出现于第3天，持续8天。ANA中分子量小于1万的多肽可能同镇痛有关。

| Abstract: | object Marasmius androsaceus is a species of fungi, which is taken as an analgesic. The purpose of the study is try to find its effective composition. ANA, the deposit from extractum of Marasmius androsaceus in alcohol, has the same analgesic effect as that of Marasmius androsaceus in clinic. The great significant effect presents on the third day and lasts for the following 8 days as a result of the intraperitoneal injection of ANA with the dosage of 100mg/kg per day for 4 days. Its peptides which molecular weights are less than 10,000 may be related to the analgesic effect. |
