| 摘 要： | 将Ｗｉｓｔａｒ大鼠１２０只随机分为３组，每组４０只。实验组先自由饮用每日新鲜配制的２％绞股蓝煎剂２周，而后甲基戊基亚硝胺（ＭＡＮＡ）组和实验组（绞股蓝＋ＭＡＮＡ）按５ｍｇ／ｋｇ每周肌注ＭＡＮＡ一次，共１８次，对照组不作任何处理。每６周各组处死动物１０只，观察食管的病理学改变，２０周结束实验。结果发现实验组和单亚组大鼠食管乳头状溜的例数、每鼠平均生瘤个数以及食管癌发生率的差异虽未达到显著程度，但发癌时间显著延后。

| Abstract: | Gynostemma Pentaphyllum(Thunb)Makino is a kind of natural plant growing in the south-ern provinces of China. In this experiment,rats weregiven drinks of 2%Gynostemma Pentaphyllum(Thunb)makino aqua boiled solution freely for 2weeks befor administration of carcinogen. Subsequent-ly, the rats were injected with carcinogen(MANA) for18 weeks and were sacrificed at intervals. The resultshowed that the number of cases of esophageal epithe-lial papilloma,the average numbet of tumor and theincidence of esophageal cancer in the experimentalgroup were lower than those in the control group(MANA only),though no statistical significant differ-ence was found. The initiation of cancer was delavedfor 6 weeks.These indicated that Gynostemma Pen-taphllum Makino might have some preventive andblocking effect on esophageal cancer in rats. |
