| 摘 要： | 本文报告1971年6月至1987年8月放射治疗的64例原发鼻咽恶性淋巴瘤。其1,3,5,10和15年生存率分别为71.9％(46/64例)、68.8％(44/64例)、57.6％(34/59例)、63.8％(22/32例)和61.1％(11/18例)。影响预后的因素主要是年龄、全身症状、临床分期、治疗结束时肿瘤残留及照射剂量等。治疗失败的主要原因是远处罹患,其次是原发灶或转移灶局部复发。

| Abstract: | Results of radiotherapy of 64 cases of malignant lymphoma of the nasopharynx treated from June 1971 to Aug. 1937 were reported. One-, three-, five-, ten-, and fifteen-year survival rates were 71.9％(64/64), 68.8％ (44/64), 57.6％ (34/59), 68.8％ (11/18) respectively. Factors influencing the result Were mainly: ages; systemic symptoms; clinical stage; the presence of tumor mass at the end of radiotherapy; tumor dose, et al. The principle cause of failure was involvement of other organs, of which abdominal organ predominated. Other cause was recurrance of the primary lesion and 70.6％ (12/17) recurrance ocurred recurrance ocurred within one year after radiation. |
