乳腺癌术后皮下积液防治对策研究

摘    要:目的:比较乳腺癌术后不同干预方式的皮下积液发生情况,探讨乳腺癌术后皮下积液产生的原因及其预防对策.方法:对本院2002年1月至2004年12月收治的乳腺癌手术患者286例中行非保乳的乳腺癌根治术患者140例为研究对象(回顾组,C组),病历资料进行回顾总结,分析皮下积液发生情况及其可能发生的原因。对2005年1月至2007年10月收治的139例乳腺癌手术患者随机分成两组,开展干预研究,在综合防治的基础上,采取不同的引流方式:观察组70例(A组)采取腋下负压引流 肋缘下常规引流;对照组69例(B组)采用腋下及肋缘下双负压引流。结果:观察组皮下积液的总发生率为12.86%;明显低于对照组(发生率为30.43%,P<0.05)和回顾组(发生率为34.29%,P<0.01)。结论:腋下负压引流 肋缘下常规引流及综合防治有利于减少皮下积液的发生,有较好的临床效果,值得推广应用。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the frequency of subcutaneous liquid accumulation in different way of interfere and explore the reason and prevention of subcutaneous liquid accumulation in postoperate breast cancer.Methods:A ret- rospective analysis of the frequency and the reason of 140 patients of non-lumpectomy and auxiliary dissection from January 2002 to December 2004 was analyzed.The 139 patients were subdivided into two groups.The test group(70 patients)was negative pressure drainage from auxiliary and normal pressure drainage from the edge of nb.The con- trol group(69 patients)was negative pressure drainage from auxiliary and the edge of rib.Results:The incidence of the test group was 12.86%,significantly lower than the control group 30.43%(P<0.05)and the retrospective group 34.29%(P<0.01).Conclusion:Negative pressure drainage from auxiliary and normal pressure drainage from edge of rib and compound prevention and treatment benefit to decrease the production of subcutaneous accumulation and deserved to spread and implement.
