儿茶酚邻甲基转移酶基因多态性与焦虑症的关联研究

目的探讨焦虑症与儿茶酚邻甲基转移酶基因多态性的相关性。方法运用聚合酶链反应技术检测88例焦虑症患者和87例健康对照儿茶酚邻甲基转移酶基因多态性，并加以对照分析。结果患者组高活性H型（G）和低活性L型（A）等位基因频率分别为81％、19％，对照组分别为67％和33％，两组间的差异均有显著性（P〈0．05）；患者组G／G、G／A、A／A基因型分布频率分别为61％、39％、0，对照组分别为40％、53％和7％，除G／A基因型在两组间差异无显著性（P〉0．05）外，G／G和A／A基因型在两组间差异均有显著性（P〈0．05）；焦虑症亚型间各基因型、等位基因频率比较的差异均无显著性（P〉0．05）。结论COMT的G等位基因、G／G基因型可能是焦虑症的危险因素之一，A等位基因、A／A基因型可能是焦虑症的保护基因之一；焦虑症两种亚型间COMT多态性无显著性差异。

Association study of polymorphism of catechol-O-methyltransferase and anxiety disorder

Objective: To explore the association between anxiety disorder and polymorphism of catechol-O-methyltransferase(COMT). Methods: Using a polymerase chain reaction-based technique, polymorphism of COMT were determined in 88 patients with anxiety disorder and 87 health control subjects, the allelic and genotypic distributions in two groups were compared. Results:The frequencies of G allele and the G/G genotype were significantly higher in anxiety disorder patients than in controls(81% vs 67%, 61% vs 40%, p <0.05), and the frequencies of A allele and A/A genotype were significantly lower in anxiety disorder patients than in controls(19% vs 33%, 0 vs 7%, p <0.05). There were no differences on the distributions of G/A genetype between patients and controls. The allelic and genotypic distributions between GAD and PD have no significantly differences. Conclusion: It suggests that the allele A and A/A genotype may be a protecting factor, the allele G and G/G genotype may be a risk factor for anxiety disorder, and there were no significantly difference on the polymorphism of COMT between the two subtype of anxiety disorder.
