摘    要:目的:探讨急性心肌梗死(AMI)早期静脉及口服应用美托洛尔对心率变异性(HRV)的影响。方法:将我院2012年1月-2012年l2月收治的AMI患者100例随机分为对照组和观察组各50例,对照组予常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上,予静脉及口服应用美托洛尔治疗4周,比较治疗前、后两组HRV的变化。结果:与治疗前比较,治疗后两组HRV指标均明显改善,但观察组的改善更明显,P均0.05。结论:早期静脉及口服应用美托洛尔可改善AMI患者的HRV,使失衡自主神经改善。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effect of early intravenous then oral using of metoprolol on heart rate variability(HRV) for patient with acute myocardial infarction(AMI). Methods: 100 patients with AMI from Jan 2012 to Dec 2012 were randomly divided into observation group and control group , each group was 50 cases. The patients in observation group were treated by early intravenous then oral using of metoprolol based on control group treated by conventional drug therapy for 4 weeks. The HRV were compared between the two groups. Results: Compared with the before treatment,the HRV were significantly improved after the treatment 4 weeks in the both groups, but HRV in observation group was significantly better than that in ontrol group after the treatment , both P < 0.05. Conclusion:Early intravenous then oral using of metoprolol can effectively improve HRV of patients with AMI and improve the imbalance autonomic nervous.
