甲氨蝶呤联合B超监视妇科手术仪在持续性异位妊娠治疗中的应用

目的:探讨甲氨蝶呤联合B超监视妇科手术仪在持续性异位妊娠治疗中的应用价值。方法:将60例持续性异位妊娠患者分成观察组和对照组各30例,观察组在B超监视妇科手术仪监视下经阴道宫旁注射甲氨蝶呤(MTX)50 mg,对照组予MTX75 mg肌肉注射。比较两组治疗后血β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)下降百分比及不良反应的发生率。结果:观察组的血β-HCG下降百分比和不良反应发生率均明显优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:在B超监视妇科手术仪监视下经阴道宫旁注射MTX50 mg对持续性异位妊娠治疗较MTX75mg肌肉注射更安全有效。

Application of Methotrexate Combined with B Ultrasound Monitoring in Gynecologic Operation Instrument in the Treatment of Persistent Ectopic Pregnancy

Objective： To investigate the application value of methotrexate （MTX） combined with B ultrasonic monitoring in gynecological surgery instrument for persistent ectopic pregnancy （PEP）. Methods： 60 patients with PEP were divided into observation group and control group, and each group was 30 cases. MTX（50mg） was injected beside uterus in the presence of B ultrasound monitoring in Gynecologic Operation Instrument in the observation group, MTX （75 mg） was intramuscular injected in the control group. Blood IS-HCG decline rate and adverse reaction after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results： The Blood 13-HCG decline rate and the adverse reaction rate in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group （both P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions： It is more safe and effective that MTX（50 mg） injected beside uterus in the presence of B ultrasound monitoring in Gynecologic Operation Instrument than MTX（75 mg） intramuscular injected for the treatment of PEP.
