血液灌流联合连续静脉-静脉血液滤过治疗急性重度有机磷中毒的临床研究

目的:探讨血液灌流(HP)联合连续静脉-静脉血液滤过(CVVH)治疗急性重度有机磷中毒(ASOPP)的临床疗效。方法:将2011年5月至2013年10月收治的ASOPP患者66例随机分为对照组(n=32)和观察组(n=34),对照组采用常规内科综合治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予HP联合CVVH治疗,比较两组的临床疗效。结果:观察组的治愈率94.1%明显高于对照组的75.0%(P0.05);观察组治愈患者的昏迷时间、脱呼吸机时间、平均住院时间和胆碱酯酶恢复时间均明显短于对照组(P均0.05);观察组治疗后胆碱酯酶显著高于对照组(P0.05)。结论:HP联合CVVH治疗ASOPF的疗效优于常规治疗。

Clinical Research of Patients with Acute Severe Organic Phosphorus Pesticide Poisoning Treated by Hemoperfusion combined with Continuous Veno-venous Hemofiltration

Objective： To explore the clinical effects of patients with acute severe organic phosphorus poisoning （ASOPP） treated by hemoperfusion （HP） combined with continuous veno-venous hemofihration （CVVH）. Methods ： 66 patients with ASOPP were randomly divided into control group（n = 32） and observer group（n = 34） from May 2011 and Oct 2013.The control group was treated by conventional medicine combined therapy, and the observation group was treated by HP combined with CVVH on the basis of treatment of the control group. The clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results： The clinical effects in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （94.1% ＆ 75%, P 〈 0.05）. The coma time, off breathing machine time, average hospital time and cholinesterase recovery time were significantly shorter in the observation group than those in the control group （all P 〈 0.05）. The cholinesterase after treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions： Comparing with the conventional therapy, HP combined with CVVH in the treatment of ASOPP has better clinical effects.
