欣普贝生在足月妊娠促宫颈成熟及引产中的效果研究

目的:探讨欣普贝生在足月妊娠促官颈成熟及引产中的有效性及安全性。方法:将2013年3月至2014年3月收治的有引产指征的足月妊娠孕妇200例随机分为研究组和对照组各100例,分别以阴道后穹窿放置欣普贝生促宫颈成熟和小剂量催产素静脉点滴引产,比较两组宫颈Bishop评分变化、临产情况、总产程、促宫颈成熟的有效率及引产成功率、分娩情况、对母儿影响及不良反应。结果:研究组的平均临产时间、总产程时间、促宫颈成熟的有效率、引产成功率、剖宫产率均明显优于对照组(P均0.05),但对母儿影响及不良反应无明显差异(P均0.05)。结论:欣普贝生用于足月妊娠促宫颈成熟及引产简单方便、安全有效,可促进阴道分娩。

Study of Effects of Dinoprostone on Cervical Ripening and Induced Abortion of Full Term Pregnancy

Objective：To explore the effectiveness and safety of dinoprostone on promoting cervical ripening and induced abortion of full term pregnancy. Methods： 200 full term pregnancy required induction of labor were randomly divided into research group （n=lO0） and control group （n=100） from Mar 2013 to Mar 2014,and accepted dinoprostone put into the posterior fornix and small dose oxytoein dripped in vein respectively. The changes of cervical Bishop score, in labor conditions and time interval from administration to delivery, the total labor, success rate of induced labor, modes of delivery and influence of mater and neonate, cesarean section rates and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results： The average time from medication to in labor, the time of total labor, the efficacy of cervical ripening, the rate of successful labor induction, and the rate of cesarean section in the research group were significantly better than those in the control group, all n 〈 0.05. While, there were no significantly different in the influence of mater and neonate and adverse reactions between the two groups, both P 〉 0.05. Conclusion： Dinoprostone is of simple, safe and effective in promoting cervical ripening and induced abortion in term pregnancy which can promote vaginal delivery.
