摘    要:目的探讨中药玉米须对2型糖尿病血清可溶性细胞间粘附分子-1(sICAM-1)及可溶性E-选择素(sE-s)的影响。方法2型糖尿病患者61例根据是否合并冠心病及其严重程度分为3个亚组,糖尿病不合并冠心病组20例,糖尿病合并轻度冠心病组23例,糖尿病合并重度冠心病组18例,以及正常对照组32例。酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测sICAM-1及sE—s水平,酶法测定血糖、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)。所有糖尿病患者每日30g玉米须煎汤服用,4周后重新检测slCAM-1及sE-s水平。结果所有糖尿病患者空腹血糖、TG、TC、LDL—C明显增高,HDL—C降低,糖尿病合并冠心病组血清TC、LDL—C较单纯糖尿病升高(P〈0.05),糖尿病组及其亚组sICAM-1及sE—s水平增高(P〈0.01),其中合并冠心病者较单纯糖尿病增高(P〈0.05)。经4周中药玉米须干预后糖尿病组及其亚组slCAM-1及sE-s水平均下降(P〈0.05),sICAM-1水平与TC及LDL呈正相关。结论中药玉米须煎汤服用可显著降低2型糖尿病增高的血清可溶性细胞间粘附分子水平。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of Stigma Maydis on the serum soluble intercellular adhension molecules in patients with diabetes mellitus type 2. Methods 61 diabetic patients were divided into 3 groups: diabetes, diabetes complicated with mild coronary heart disease (CHD) and diabetes complicated with severe CHD. 32 healthy volunteers were set as control group. The level of serum sICAM -1 and sE-s were detected by ELISA, blood glucose, TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C were determined by enzymic method. All diabetic patients intook the decoct agent of 30g Stigma Maydis each day. 4 weeks later, the level of slCAM - 1 and sE-s were assayed again. Results The level of blood glucose,TG, TC and LDL-C increased and the level of HDL-C decreased in all diabetic patients, the level of sICAM and sE-s increased( P 〈 0.01 ), especially in diabetes complicated with severe CHD. After 4 weeks of intervention by Stigma Maydis, the level of sICAM and sE-s decreased significantly (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The Stigma Maydis can significantly reduce the level of sICAM and sE-s in type 2 diabetes.
