杭州市社区医护人员工作状况调查

目的为不断改进和完善社区卫生服务工作,及时了解在运行过程中存在的问题。方法对杭州市区46家社区卫生服务中心及部分下属社区卫生服务站的228人社区医护人员进行现场问卷调查,对调查结果进行统计分析。结果社区医护人员平均年龄34.6岁;中级以上技术职称占31.5%;全科医师培训率为48.7%。86.5%的医护人员赞同目前的社区卫生服务医疗模式,半数以上医护人员认为现在工作压力增大而收入没有相应增加,绝大多数渴望各种知识培训,希望在工作中有更多的相关政策、配套设施及资金的支持。慢性病防治管理基本知识比较欠缺。结论杭州市社区医护人员年龄结构合理,学历技术职称较高,并已转变观念,进入社区,开展主动性的综合卫生服务。但在全科医师技能综合培训,社区卫生服务相关政策及配套设施等方面尚需加强,社区医护人员的工作积极性有待提高。

Analysis on the community doctors'''' and nurses'''' work condition in Hangzhou

OBJECTIVE To improve the service level of community health service,we shouldunderstand the problems in the process of health service. METHODS An epidemiologicalinvestigated were conducted among 228 community doctors and nurses of 46 community healthservices. RESULTS The average age of community doctors and nurses was 34.6,31.5%staffwere middle professional title;48.7%of them had taken part in the training of general practice.86.5%of them approve of the new community health service mode.Over half of them felt morestress from their work than ever, otherwise they felt their income was not be raised accordingly.Most of them desired kinds training of general practice.Hoped more supports in relative policy?equipment and finance.Most of them were short of the base knowledge about the non-infectionschronic diseases prevention and control. CONCLUTION T he age of the community doctorsand nurses was advisable.Their formal school record and professional title were higher. Theyhave went into community and provided active corresponding prevention and treatment.But theirprofessional knowledge and general practice were not so well.It should be strengthen in therelative policy?equipment and finance,the initiative of the community doctors and nurses shouldbe improved.
