| 摘 要： | 目的:评价巩膜层间填充羊膜及应用丝裂霉素治疗难治性青光眼的效果。探讨术后并发症及预防。方法:采用巩膜层间填充羊膜及丝裂霉素C治疗难治性青光眼共30例31眼。并根据不同病因及眼压控制情况,采取相应的辅助治疗。术后追踪随访1～24个月。结果:术后平均眼压15.26mmHg眼压≤21mmHg者占89.1%。术后早期并发症有浅前房,短暂性前房积血及葡萄膜炎等。远期偶有滤过泡纤维化,白内障加速发展。结论:巩膜层间填充羊膜应用丝裂霉素C经济简便,远期效果好,是治疗难治性青光眼的一种有效方法。
