尼可地尔与硝酸甘油治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效对比

目的对比尼可地尔与硝酸甘油治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法明确诊断为不稳定性心绞痛的患者120例作为研究对象，随机分为两组，研究组与对照组各60例。研究组采用注射用尼可地尔治疗，对照组采用硝酸甘油注射液。结果ECG改善率48h研究组为30．0％，对照组为6．7％，存在显著性统计学差异（P〈0．01）；临床症状缓解率方面，研究组为93．3％（56／60），对照组为75．0％（45／60），存在统计学差异（P〈0．01）。1-6小时内研究组心肌耗氧量较对照组明显更高（P〈0．05）。不良反应方面对照组5例次均为低血压，研究组7例次表现为轻中度头痛，无低血压发生。结论尼可地尔治疗UA在ECG改善与临床症状控制方面均优于硝酸甘油，且在低血压发生方面尼可地尔更为安全。

Comparison of Clinical Effects on Unstable Angina Treated with Nicorandil and Nitroglycerin

Objective To compare the clinical effect ofnicorandil and nitroglycerin treating unstable angina. Methods As study objects,120 patients clearly diagnosed with unstable angina were divided randomly into study group and control group, with each group 60 cases. Study group were treated with nicorandil injection, while control group were treated with nitroglycerin injection. Results The ECG improving rate in 48 hours of study group was 30.0%, while that of control group was 6.7%. There was significant difference （P〈0.0]）. As to remission rate of clinical symptoms, that of study group was 93.3%（56/60）, while that of control group was 75.0%（45/60）. There was significant difference （P 〈0.01）. In I to 6 hours, the myocardial oxygen consumption of study group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P 〈0.05）. As to the adverse reactions, 5 cases of control group had hypotension, while 7 cases of study group had mild to moderate headache. Conclusion In ECG improvement and clinical symptoms control, nicorandil had better effect in treating UA than nitroglycerin, and was safer in incidence rate of hypotension.
