知信行模式在功能性胃肠病患者中的应用研究

目的分析应用知信行模式对功能性胃肠病患者健康教育中的干预作用。 方法用整群抽样方法，选取解放军第960医院2017年2月至2018年2月消化科门诊就诊和住院的120例患者，随机分为观察组与对照组，对照组采取常规内科护理方式，观察组采用知信行模式的健康教育路径实施干预。 结果两组患者在干预前，其生活质量指数、临床治愈率、焦虑、抑郁情况比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；在干预后，均较之前有所提升，且观察组在改善幅度上显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论运用知信行模式能够有效提高功能性胃肠病患者的生活质量指数、临床治愈率，改善焦虑、抑郁情况。

Application research of knowledge-belief-practice model in patients with functional gastrointestinal diseases

ObjectiveTo analyze the intervention effect of knowledge-belief-practice model on health education of patients with functional gastrointestinal diseases. MethodsA total of 120 patients with functional gastrointestinal diseases were selected from February 2017 to February 2018 in Department of Gastroenterology, No.163 Hospital of PLA by using cluster sampling.All the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was given routine medical care, while the observation group was given intervention through health education path of knowledge-belief-practice mode. ResultsThere was no significant difference in quality of life index, clinical cure rate, anxiety and depression between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05). After the intervention, the above indexes of the two groups were improved, and the improvement range of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05). ConclusionThe application of knowledge-belief-practice model can effectively improve the quality of life index, clinical cure rate, anxiety and depression of patients with functional gastrointestinal diseases.
