摘    要:本文采用液相色谱/电喷雾电离质谱(LC/ESI-MS)联用技术快速、准确地的鉴别了甘草提取物中的两种主要组成分:甘草酸和甘草苷,测定、比较了不同等级甘草药材中甘草酸的含量的差异,发现:相同等级的甘草中野生的比人工栽培的其甘草酸含量高;而同种栽培方式下等级越高甘草酸含量则越高。

Abstract:Technique of high performance liquid chromatography coupled with electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (HPLC/ESI-MS) was used for the rapid and accurate analysis of glycyrrhizic acid andliquiritin in the extracts of radix glycyrrhizae. The content of glycyrrhizic acid was also measured in the different grades of radix glycyrrhizae. The results indicated that the content of glycyrrhizic acid in the wild ones was higher than that of cultivated for the same grades. and under the same cultivation conditions the higher grade contained more glycyrrhizic acid.
