| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨鼻腔髓外浆细胞瘤（Extramedullary Plasmacytoma,EMP）容易出现误诊的原因及诊治方法.方法：报道误诊为小圆形细胞恶性肿瘤的鼻腔EMP 1例,结合文献对发生误诊的因素进行探讨.结果：鼻腔EMP临床表现无特异性,加之病理取材原因和对本病缺乏足够的认识,导致本病例的诊断错误,后经鼻内镜下重新取检,并行免疫组化检查明确诊断.结论：EMP是少见的低度恶性肿瘤,依据临床和组织学特点,结合免疫组化,有助于减少误诊.放疗和手术是治疗EMP的主要方法.

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the causes of misdiagnosis and treatment of nasal cavity extramedullary plasmacytoma(EMP).Methods:One case of nasal cavity EMP misdiagnosed as roundlet malignancy was reported and the causes of misdiagnosis were discussed.Results:The causes of misdiagnosis were nonspecific clinical manifestations,difficulty in biopsy and lack of knowledge about nasal cavity EMP.Conclusion:EMP is a rare malignant tumor.The clinical characteristics,histological features and immunohistochemical staining are very helpful for reducing misdiagnosis.Radiotherapy and surgery are the main treatments. |
