生产性噪声对暴露人群健康影响的分析

摘    要:目的分析生产性噪声对暴露人群的健康影响。方法对486名噪声暴露人群进行职业健康检查,并对其工作场所噪声检测。结果脉冲噪声强度峰值平均值为9915dB(A),稳态噪声等效强度(Leq-8h)平均值为82.96dB(A);486名噪声暴露者职业健康检查结果显示,听力测定异常检出率为38.68%,心电图异常检出率为8.64%,血压偏高检出率为7.61%。脉冲噪声暴露人群的听力测定异常和血压偏高检出率均高于稳态噪声(P〈0.05)。稳态噪声等效强度(Leq-8h)与其暴露人群的听力测定异常检出率存在显著性差异(P〈0.01)。结论脉冲噪声对暴露人群的健康影响较稳态噪声大,稳态噪声等效强度(Leq-8h)与暴露人群听力测定异常检出率存在剂量反应关系。

Analysis of health effects on workers exposed to Occupational Noise

Abstract:Objective To analyze the healthy effects on workers exposed to Occupational Noise. Methods The 486 exposed workers were undergone physical examination, and to measure noise intensitiesdB(A)] in workplaces. Results The mean of impulsive noise peak values was 99.15dB(A),the mean of steady noise Equivalent intensity(Leq-8h) was 82.96dB(A);Among 486 employees examined ,hearing abnormal detection rate was 38.68%,electrocardiogram abnormal detection rate was 8.64%,and high BP 7.61%.Detection rate of hearing abnormal and high BP in workers exposed to impulsive noise were higher than in workers exposed to steady noise(P〈0.05).Hearing abnormal detection rate and steady noise Equivalent intensity(Leq-8h) had significant statistical differences(P〈0.01). Conclusion Impulsive noise was much more harmful than steady noise and there was dose response relationship between hearing abnormal detection rate and steady noise Equivalent intensity(Leq-8h).
