| 摘 要： | 耳的研究复方中药对人胃癌细胞SGC7901生长的抑制作用。方法取对数生长期的人胃癌细胞SGC7901接种96孔板，待细胞生长良好后加入含不同浓度复方中药培养液，取2个时间点（作用24h、48h）采用MTT比色法^[1]观察复方中药对人胃癌细胞SGC7901生长的抑制作用。结果10^4ug／L和10^5ug／L浓度组在24h、48h、均表现出抑制SGC7901细胞生长作用，且作用强于5-Fu。10^3ug／L组在2个时间点也表现出抑制SGC7901细胞生长作用，但作用弱于5-Fu。结论复方中药对人胃癌SGC7901细胞生长有显著的抑制作用，且呈剂量和时间依赖方式。

| Abstract: | Objective To research the CCM depressant effect about human gastric cancer SGC7901 cells. Methods The SGC7901 cells in logarithm growth phase incubated into 96-well plates.To add the different density CCM culture fluid after cells had better grown.The effect of CCM on SGC7901 cells were observed by MTT assay at Two time points （ 24h.48h ） after culturing medium. Results The inhibition Effects to SGC7901 cells were observed at 24h.48h,in 10^4ug/L and 10^5 ug/L concentration group with higher IRs than 5-Fu control group. The inhibition effects to SGC7901 cells were observed at 24h.48h in 10^3 ug/L concentration group with lower IR than 5-Fu control group. Conclusions The gastric cancer SGC7901 cells were inhibited conspicuous bv the CCM with adose.time-denent manner. |
