| 摘 要： | 肠易激综合征（IBS）是常见功能性肠病，其药物治疗效果未尽人意，控制症状是治疗的目标。由于肠易激综合征的病因及发病机制复杂，治疗困难，除了一些传统药物之外，一些新的药物开始备受关注。对于肠易激综合征的治疗应该遵循个体化，标准化，而在一些特殊病例中，也可以考虑辅助疗法。

| Abstract: | Irritable bowel syndrome （IBS） is a common functional intestinal disorder. The management of IBS remains unsatisfactory. Control of the symptoms is the main target.For the refractory IBS,except for traditional medicine ,newly developed methods be, come focuced .Theraphy for IBS should be individualized,standardized,and in some cases ,auxiliary theraphy should be considered. |
