基层医疗机构消毒剂使用现状调查及对策

目的了解基层医疗机构消毒剂使用现状，提出改进措施。方法采用统一的问卷调查、查看方式和现场快速监测，对132家基层医疗机构的消毒管理，使用消毒剂的种类、配制、更换、使用中消毒剂的浓度等进行调查，用spss13．0统计软件进行统计分析。结果基层医疗机构消毒制度不健全，消毒设施和消毒液的缺乏，医务人员缺少培训，消毒剂使用不规范。结论提高认识，强化培训，加大投入，加强使用中消毒剂监测，加大卫生监督和处罚力度。

Disinfectant using Investigation Analysis and Countermeasures in 132 grass-roots medical institutions

Objective To know the disinfectant using situation in some grass-roots medical institutions currently,then to propose the improving measure. Methods By unified questionnaire and rapid monitoring on the spot, we investigate the management of disinfection, including the categorization and concentration, preparing and replacing of used disinfectants in some grass-roots medical institutions.The data are analysed statistically by spssl 3.0 statistics software. Results In some grass-roots medical institutions, there are deficient in rules and regulations about the management of disinfection,lacking of disinfection appliances and disinfectants which are often used incorrectly,lacking of technical training in medical personnel. Conclusion To normalize the management of disinfections in some grass-roots medical institutions,we should elevate one＇s thought,reinforce training ,increase investment,strengthen monitoring in used disinfectants and enhance health supervision and punishment.
