摘    要:建立了湿膜萃取 -梯度洗脱反向高效液相色谱同时测定 7种环境类激素的方法 ,优化了色谱条件和湿膜萃取条件 ,并应用于实际水体的测定。

Abstract:The method of reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) following wetting film extraction was established to determine 7 environmental estrogens in water.Both conditions of RP-HPLC and wetting film extraction were fully addressed in order to fulfill the simultaneous determination of the 7 compounds.
