| 摘 要： | 62例感染华支睾吸虫儿童应用丙硫咪唑治疗,每日400mg连服3或5日,停药1个月、3个月后复查,20例连服3日和42例连服5日的受染儿童,大便华支睾吸虫卵阴转率分别为55.O%和90.5%。140例感染蛲虫的幼儿园儿童用两种单剂丙硫咪唑进行驱虫,经3次肛拭复查,25例服200mg和115例服100mg的蛲虫卵阴转率依次为96.0%和92.2%。药物反应轻微。

| Abstract: | In Qingdao area, 62 school children infected with clonorchis sinensis were divided into two groups and treated with albendazole. A daily dose of 4 tabl-ets (400mg) were given to 20 cases for 3 days and 42 cases for 5 days. Follow-up examinations were carried out at 1-and 3-month intervals. The negative egg reversion rates of the two groups in stools were 55.0% and 90.5% respectively.140 kindergarten children harboring pinworms were given a single dose of albendazole, of which 25 cases were administered 200mg and 115 cases 100mg. 3 consecutive post-treatment anal swab surveys showed 96.0% and 92.2% negative. Side reactions were mild and transient. |
