男性系统性红斑狼疮的临床特点

目的探讨男性系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)的临床特点。方法收集1998年6月至2011年6月住院的32例男性SLE患者和同期264例女性患者的临床资料进行统计学对比分析。结果男性SLE患者蝶形红斑、雷诺现象发生率明显低于女性(P<0.05),而肾脏损害、浆膜炎、贫血、血小板下降发生率则显著高于女性(P<0.01),抗Sm抗体阳性率亦较女性患者明显升高(P<0.05)。结论男性SLE患者临床症状不典型,肾脏损害重,应引起重视。

The clinical features of male systemic lupus erythematosus

Objective To study the clinical characteristics of systemic lupus erythematosus in male patients. Methods 296 systemic lupus erythematosus patients （32 males and 264 females） admitted to our hospital from June 1998 to June 2011 were included into this study. The manifestations and laboratory feature of these patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results The incidences of symptoms including butterfly erythema, Raynaud phenomenon were lower in male SLE patients than those of female patients （ P 〈 0.05 ）. While the incidences of damage of kidney, serositis, anemia, thrombocytopenia were higher in male SLE patients than those of female ones （P 〈0.01 ）. The positive rate of anti -Sm antibody were more common in male patients than those in female ones （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Male SLE patients do not have a typical clinical manifestations but their kidney are often heavily damaged. Therefore, we should strengthen the further researchs on male patients with SLE.
