摘 要: | 目的探讨战争条件下火炮打击后,不同位置掩体内兔肾脏损伤情况。方法闽南山地团进攻演习,于火炮覆盖区域设置实验兔远离演习场的空白对照组、炮火覆盖区反角近距隐蔽组和迎面角近距隐蔽组。火炮打击应激刺激后6 h,存活兔取肾,改进型SP法进行免疫组化染色检测肾脏肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α),HE染色观察肾脏病理损伤情况。结果与空白对照组比较,反角隐蔽组和迎面角隐蔽组TNF-α表达显著升高(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。与反角近距隐蔽组相比,迎面近距隐蔽组TNF-α表达显著升高(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。HE染色结果显示迎面角组、反角组较对照组出现明显镜下病理性改变,且迎面角组更为严重。结论火炮打击后实验兔应激反应强烈,不同位置掩体显著影响兔存活及肾脏损伤程度,反角隐蔽可在一定程度上减轻肾损伤。

Abstract: | Objective The impairment of renal in rabbits hidden in different position of blindage were studied after the stress of attacking artillery in battlefield. Methods During the autumn regiment attack exercise in South Fujian hilly area,all experimental rabbits were divided into 3 groups (blank group, reverse hidden group and frontage hidden group) according to their concealed location. Six hours after stress stimulation of artillery, the kidney of the surviving rabbits were taken for investigation. Renal tissue was investigated to study positive expression of TNF - a after SP and HE stained. Results The hidden groups had a higher expression of TNF - a compared with the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). The frontage hidden group had a higher expression of TNF - a compared with reverse hidden group ( P 〈 0.05 ). There was statistically significant difference. HE staining showed that there was severe microscopic pathological changes in hidden group and frontage hidden group. The pathological change of frontage hidden group is more serious. Conclusion The stress response in all experimental rabbits after striking of artillery is very strong. However, different position of blindage can significantly influence their survival and the degree of renal injury. The reverse hidden can relieve renal injury. |
