火炮打击兔应激防护模型卵巢病理及P38表达的形态学研究

摘    要:目的探讨实弹演习火炮打击后,不同位置掩体保护下兔卵巢损伤病理变化及丝裂原活化蛋白激酶p38(p38-MAPK)的表达。方法闽南山地团进攻演习,设置远离演习场的空白对照实验兔组,火炮打击区域设置炮火覆盖山体反角近距隐蔽组和迎面角近距隐蔽组。火炮打击应激损伤后6 h,各组存活雌兔取卵巢,HE染色观察其病理损伤形态学,观察改进型SP法免疫组化染色检测卵巢p38-MAPK表达。结果与空白对照组比较,反角隐蔽组和迎面角隐蔽组p38-MAPK表达强阳性,迎面角组卵巢结构完整性破坏,基质及卵泡出血,p38-MARK免疫反应强度亦高于反角隐蔽组。结论火炮打击后实验兔应激损伤反应强烈,反角掩体保护减轻卵巢损伤,p38-MAPK参与卵巢损伤病理过程。

Morphological study of pathology and p38 on Ovarian injury in stress protective model of rabbits struck by mountain regiment attacking artillery

Abstract:Objective The pathology and p38 of Ovarian in rabbits hidden in different position of blindage were studied after the stress of attacking artillery in battlefield. Methods During the autumn regiment attack exercise in South Fujian hilly area, all experimental rabbits were divided into 3 groups (blank group, reverse hidden group and frontage hidden group)according to their concealed location. Six hours after stress stimulation of artillery, take all the Ovarian of the surviving rabbits. Ovarian tissue was investigated to study positive expression of p38 after SP and HE stained. Results The hidden groups had a higher expression of p38 to the control group; and the frontage hidden group had a higher expression of p38 to reverse hidden group. Conclusion The stress response in all experimental rabbits after striking of artillery is very strong, but different position of blindage can significantly influence their survival and the degree of Ovarian injury, reverse hidden can relieve Ovarian injury.
