氟伐他汀联合黄葵胶囊治疗早期2型糖尿病肾病疗效观察

目的观察氟伐他汀联合黄葵胶囊治疗早期2型糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法选取糖尿病肾病患者76例,随机分为治疗组(40例)和对照组(36例),在基础治疗的基础上,治疗组给予口服氟伐他汀钠40 mg,1次/d,黄葵胶囊2 500 mg,3次/d;对照组仅给予黄葵胶囊2 500 mg,3次/d。所有患者均连续治疗12周,分别于治疗前及治疗后检验血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG),低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)水平,检测24小时尿蛋白,24小时尿白蛋白,计算尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)。记录所有患者治疗前后疲乏无力、腰背酸困,四肢及颜面水肿情况。结果治疗组有效率(92.5%)明显高于对照组(70.2%),两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后UAER、Scr、BUN、TC、TG、LDL-C较治疗前降低(P<0.05),对照组治疗后UAER、Scr较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),其余指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组UAER、Scr、BUN、TC、TG、LDL-C明显低于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论氟伐他汀联合黄葵胶囊能够有效治疗2型糖尿病肾病。

Study on effect of fluvastatin combined ambrette capsules in treatment of early diabetic nephropathy,

Objective To study the effect of fluvastatin combined ambrette capsules in treatment of early diabetic nephropathy. Methods Seventy - six patients with diabetic nephropathy in this hospital in Xi＇an were randomly divided into 2 groups. Patients in trial group （ n = 40 ） were given with fluvastatin 40mg/d, combined ambrette capsules 2500 mg/d. Patients in control group （n = 36） were only given with ambrette capsules 2 500 mg per day. Then the changes in clinical symptoms of patients in two groups and changes in UAER and serum levels of BUN, Scr, TC, TG and LDL - C were observed. Results The rate of efficacy in patients of trial group was significantly higher than that of control group, and the difference between these two groups was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, UAER and serum levels of BUN, Scr, TC, TG and LDL -C were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈0.05 ） . These parameters in control group were significantly less than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） . UAER and serum levels of BUN, Scr, TC, TG and LDL - C in trial group were markedly reduced, with statistical significance （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Fluvastatin combined ambrette capsules can effectively treat patients with early diabetic nephropathy .
