婴儿期喂养方式与学龄前儿童龋病

目的：了解学龄前儿童龋病与其婴儿期喂养方式的关系。方法：对四川省成都市五城区３～６岁儿童２５００中进行患龋情况调查。随机选取龋敏感儿童与无龋对照儿童各２００名进行配对,通过对有效调查问卷的ｌｏｇｉｓｔｉｃ回归及χ２检验分析。结果：婴儿期喂养方式对学龄前儿童乳牙龋有影响（Ｐ＜０．００１）,用母乳喂养的婴儿到学龄前其患龋明显低于婴儿期用奶瓶喂养的儿童（Ｐ＜０．００１）。结论：从儿童口腔健康角度,为更好地预防儿童龋病,应提倡母乳喂养。

The pattern of infant feeding and caries of deciduous teeth in pre-school children

Objective:This study was designed to examine whether the patterns of infant feeding might be related to the caries of deciduous teeth in pre school children. Methods:2 500 children from ages 3 to 6 years in Chengdu were surveyed and chose 200 children with caries and 200 caries free children. Data were collected by questionnaire from their parents and analyzed by logistic regression analysis and x test on computer. Results: The pattern of infant feeding was strongly related to caries in pre school children ( P <0.001). Children who had been breast fed had significantly lower caries than those with bottle fed ( P <0.001). Conclusions: Breast feeding should be advocated in caries preventive care.
