摘    要:目的:利用均匀设计筛选出银黄分散片的最佳处方.方法:通过调节崩解剂的含量,黏合剂的浓度等因素,制备银黄分散片,考察崩解时限、混悬性等因素,对处方进行筛选.结果:优选处方为:微晶纤维素含量为11%,交联聚乙烯吡咯烷酮含量为15%,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮K30浓度为7%.对优选处方的实验表明,崩解时间小于3 min,分散均匀性试验能通过2号筛,混悬性较好.结论:本方法简单,可靠,优选处方的银黄分散片达到中国药典2000年版的要求.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To select the best formulation for Yinhuang dispersible tablets by uniform design. METHODS The dispersible Yinhuang tablets was studied by adjusting the content of disintegrating reagent and the cncentration of the adhesive substance. The disintegration and suspension time were tested. RESULTS The optimized formula was A4B6C3. The percentage of CE and PVPP were respectively 11% and 15%, and the concentration of PVP30 was 7%. The disintegration time was less than 3 min, and it could pass through the No. 2 sieve. CONCLUSION This method is simple and reliable.
