| 摘 要： | 目的探讨剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤剥出术的安全性和可行性。方法回顾性分析81例剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤剥除术患者(研究组)的临床资料,观察其手术时间、术中出血量、产后出血量、术后病率、住院时间等情况,并与同期81例行单纯剖宫产的患者(对照组)进行对比分析。结果研究组手术操作时间较对照组延长,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),但两组的术中出血量、产后出血量、术后病率、术后住院天数比较,差异均无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论根据患者的具体情况,选择性地行剖宫产同时子宫肌瘤剥除术是安全可行的;但肌瘤直径≥8cm或子宫肌瘤数目超过5个时,要做好充分的术前准备,以保证手术的安全。
