角膜浅基质层针刺术联合绷带式软性角膜接触镜治疗丝状角膜炎疗效观察

目的:探讨角膜浅基质层针刺术联合绷带式软性角膜接触镜治疗丝状角膜炎的安全性和有效性。方法:选择76例(91眼)丝状角膜炎患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组表面麻醉后刮除丝状物,间距0.5mm密集针刺病灶3 mm范围内上皮层至浅基质层,术毕佩戴软性角膜接触镜,对照组表面麻醉后刮除丝状物,不予针刺及戴镜治疗,两组患者均给予滴眼液针对病因治疗原发病,随访6个月观察两组临床疗效。结果:实验组38例(46眼)治愈39眼,好转7眼,有效率100.0%;对照组38例(45眼)治愈23眼,好转14眼,有效率82.2%,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:角膜浅基质层针刺联合绷带式软性角膜接触镜治疗丝状角膜炎是一种安全有效的方法,具有一定的临床实用价值。

Clinical efficacy of corneal superficial stroma acupuncture combined with soft corneal contact lens in the treatment of filamentary keratitis

Objective ： To evaluate the safety and efficacy of corneal superficial stroma acupuncture combined with soft corneal contact lens in the treatment of filamentary keratitis. Methods ： 76 cases （91 eyes） of filamentous keratitis patients were randomly divided into experimental group and con- trol group, the experimental group table linen after curettage filaments, dense spacing of 0.5 mm lesions in cortex of 3 mm acupuncture to the superficial stroma, postoperative wearing soft corneal contact lens, the control group after anesthesia and scraping filaments, acupuncture treatment and not wearing glasses, two groups of patients were given eye drops on treatment for primary disease. The efficacy was observed after following up for 6 months. Results ： The experimental group of 38 cases （46 eyes） 39 eyes cured, 7 eyes improved, the effective rate 100.0% ; control group of 38 cases （45 eyes） 23 eyes cured, 14 eyes improved, effective rate was 82.2% , there was signifi- cant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Superficial corneal stroma acu- puncture combined with soft corneal contact lens in the treatment of filamentous keratitis is a safe and effective method, and has clinical practical values.
