摘    要:目的:探讨肝细胞癌肿瘤血管生成及其临床病理意义,以及组织缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)对肿瘤血管生成的调控作用。方法:对66例肝细胞癌患者手术切除的标本,应用免疫组化方法检测HIF-1α、VEGF的蛋白表达,根据CD34阳性的血管内皮细胞计数来测定肿瘤微血管密度(MVD)。结果:转移组HIF-1α、VEGF表达显著高于无转移组(P<0.01);转移组MVD值显著高于无转移组(P<0.01)。结论:HIF-1α及VEGF的表达可能相互作用并影响MVD,且均与肝癌的转移相关;肿瘤血管的形成受HIF-1α及VEGF的表达的影响与调控,可能是促进肝细胞肝癌进一步发展的重要调控因子。

Abstract:To investigate the angiogenesis of hepatocellular carcinoma and its clinico- pathological significance, and to study the regulating effect of HIF-1 α and VEGF on angiogenesis. Methods: Surgical resection specimens of 66 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma were selected. Protein expression of HIF-1 α and VEGF were detected by immunohistochemistry. Microvessel den- sity was detected by CD34 ( + ) vascular endothelial cell count. Results: HIF-1α and VEGF ex- pression in metastasis group were significantly higher than those in non-metastasis group (P 〈 0.01 ), Microvessel density in metastasis group was significantly higher than that in non-metastasis group(P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: HIF-1α and VEGF expression may interact and influence MVD and they are all related to metastasis of HCC, HIF-1α and VEGF expression can influence and reg- ulate the angiogenesis of HCC and may be an important regulating factor on promoting the further development of hepatoeellular carcinoma.
